Reinsurance Pricing Actuary (Hong Kong)

Location: Hong Kong

An associate level to newly qualified actuary, with three to seven years of experience in pricing and product development or consulting, is sought to join the Hong Kong life and health team of a global reinsurance company. The role reports to the Head of Actuarial Services and key responsibilities will be to:

·   ensure that pricing process and product offerings are fully aligned with the company’s business objectives in the Hong Kong market

·   develop new and innovative products and reinsurance solutions

·   provide actuarial advice to client management & risk management team and manage client relationship directly or indirectly

The right individual should have the following skills:

Ability to use sound actuarial judgment in a commercial environment

Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

Highly motivated with a focused and responsible approach to their work

Experience of AXIS will be an advantage but is not essential
