Actuarial Analyst - Financial Systems (Hong Kong)

An actuarial student making reasonable progress in the actuarial examinations and one to two years of relevant work experience, ideally in the life insurance industry, is required for an actuarial job conducting valuation and financial reporting under HKGAAP, Canadian GAAP and US GAAP for a multinational insurance company. Other responsibilities will include supporting financial and actuarial analysis, conducting experience studies and interfacing with IT team for AVE and AXIS valuation systems.

The right candidate will be strong in MS Access, Oracle OLAP and Fortran, while experience in Excel and/or Brioquery is an advantage. He or she is able to work independently and under pressure, is proactive and self-motivated, flexible and attentive to detail and has good analytical and problem solving skills.
