Actuarial Pricing and Marketing Director (Hong Kong)

Location: Hong Kong

A business minded actuary with at least two years post qualification experience and strong team working skills is required to head up pricing and marketing for the Hong Kong office of an international reinsurance company. Work will include:

·        Design and develop pricing models for client quotes and present these quote proposals to clients.

·        Ensure all pricing procedures and peer reviews meet documented divisional standards

·        Research and produce pricing basis for new business development and ensure each pricing basis is documented and approved for all reinsurance coverage allowed under relevant country mandates.

·        Negotiate treaty terms with clients and ensure treaties are completed and signed in a timely fashion.

·        Provide technical and actuarial support for the execution of product development initiatives.

·        Build working relations with counterparts in client companies.

·        Support any adhoc corporate and other internal projects.

Cantonese language skills preferred but not essential.
