18 months – 4 years experience in-depth programming experience in Java.
Experience of Modulisation, Spring, Hibernate & Test Driven Development would be a benefit but not a prerequisite.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with senior client personnel
Flexibility and a willingness to work at client sites outside London (Including UK & Europe) for several months dependent upon client requirements (returning to London for weekends)
