This is a unique chance to become a partner in an exciting Startup. My client, a company involved in Social Networking for Enterprise, is looking to recruit a Lead Developer / CTO to come onboard and drive forward the development and technology choices for their product set. As CTO and business partner you will have a chance to shape the companies’ technological decisions and strategies. Moving forward you will have the chance to build and create a team around you.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic individual, interested in a challenge. This position would suit someone with experience designing and developing greenfield projects, a candidate with circa 4-5 years Java (or similar) experience and an interest in the latest open source technologies. Degree education preferred.
The successful candidate must posess drive and determination to succeed and be aware of the risks and rewards associated with the Start up industry.
